Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Laneway Coffee! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the policies and agreements for all event bookings, catering services, and related offerings provided by Laneway Coffee (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit of the total invoice amount is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled event.
Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled within 1 month of the scheduled date.
Late payments beyond the event date are subject to a 1% daily interest charge until payment is received in full.
Event dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit amount.
If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date based on availability.
3. Event Requirements
To ensure the best experience for you and your guests:
The event site must provide safe and accessible parking for our mobile coffee cart (standard parking space size).
A flat, stable surface is required for setup.
Access to electricity (standard 110V outlet) is preferred; if unavailable, please inform us in advance so we can make alternate arrangements.
Any permits or venue approvals required for setup are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Weather Policy
Laneway Coffee operates rain or shine when safely possible. Cancellation may occur with heavy rain as determined by us. If severe weather prevents safe setup or service, we will work with you to reschedule the event at no additional charge (subject to availability).
5. Service and Menu
Our menu options and service offerings may vary based on event type, location, and staffing availability.
Any special requests or customizations for cups and cart personalization must be communicated at least 30 days before the event date.
Any special requests of customization for personalized drink flavors and syrups must be communicated at least 14 days before the event date.
6. Liability
Laneway Coffee is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., guest behavior, venue conditions, weather).
Clients assume responsibility for ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff during service hours.
We maintain standard business and liability insurance to cover our operations.
7. Photos and Marketing
We may take photos of our setup or service for use on our website or social media platforms. If you prefer your event not be photographed or shared publicly, please let us know in writing before the event.
8. Force Majeure
Laneway Coffee is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, transportation issues, illness, or government restrictions.
9. Agreement
By submitting a booking form or paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
